backporting hplip to wheezy

hello backporters,

i just tried to backport hplip (the drivers for hp printers) to wheezy,
as only the latest versions support desktjet 1010 devices.

for that, i had to do the trivial backports (just `dch --bpo`) of pyppd
and hplip, and build them in wheezy pbuilders. (the backported pyppd has
to be provided in the build environment for hplip.)

the versions i used were pyppd 1.0.1-2 and hplip 3.13.9-2.

printing on stable with the packages i built Just Works, but i'm not
familiar enough with their workings to be sure that what i've built is
suitable for general public. therefore, i do not propose my packages for
inclusion in backports here, but hope that whoever next tries to do it
will find this helpful.

best regards
chrysn
