All packages are moved now, including ITPs. This almost wen fine; but
the "voro++" repository had to be renamed to "voro", since "+" signs are
not accepted in gitlab repository names.

A redirection is installed to redirect http requests to the new system.

To avoid confusion, I disabled access to the old repositories. Please
update the git URLs of your local clones accordingly.

Best regards

Ole
