There is also an ongoing discussion on debian-legal about the legal
status of the JPL ephemeres data (and about research data in general).

Since the package itself is useless without JPL data itself, it may be
useful to coordinate the packaging of theses data. Additionally to
pluto-jpl-eph, JPL data are used in wsjtx and in casacore; therefore
Dave is Cced as potential packager for wsjtx.

@Steffen, it should probably go into the "astro-tools" metapackage, right?
