Apache2 don't work

I installed Apache2 and it "work":

root     16298  0.0  1.1 10464 5968 ?        Ss   11:47   0:00 /usr/sbin/apache2 
-k start -DSSL
www-data 16299  0.0  1.2 231816 6264 ?       S    11:47   0:00 /usr/sbin/apache2 
-k start -DSSL
www-data 16306  0.0  1.2 231816 6224 ?       S    11:47   0:00 /usr/sbin/apache2 
-k start -DSSL

but when I want to load site on apache2 server
In file /var/log/apache2/error.log I see:

[Mon Aug 30 11:52:01 2004] [error] [client xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] File does not exist: 
/htdocs

What it means
