this kind of development model doesn't look at realities how NEW is processed.
Waiting 2-3 weeks for each new upload won't get you anywhere. Build your
packages locally, make them available locally for other developers, and upload
all to NEW.
Sorry to say, but even for Debian standards it is odd for a transition to last
four months or more.
