Yes. So what? ;)

There's a difference between an official (or maybe paid) service and a
voluntary contribution.
Buildd.net is up again for some months now for a very specific and
personal reason and will be that way until that reason has gone away or
it will get some sort of "official" status. It's absolutely voluntary
work nobody can demand anything from a volunteer, as I've been told in
many, many discussions on debian-devel... ;-)
