No, but if your only concern are the levels, then we can go with your latest version. I think we can increase them a bit, but I agree that we cannot change them once they are out (except increasing might even work). About the additional sponsoring opportunities, we can remove those later, easily, just claiming that they've been otherwise taken care of or taken. So as long as we are okay on the individual proposals (barring dc-sponsors-team scrutiny anyway). The portraits question will solve itself anyway if noone submits anything, but that aspect can be changed later too.
