In Finland is legal to place your tent in public areas, as long as you dont
disturb anyone or the animal in heat time. However in the Campus area might be
now allowed.
You can always use some areas near the Campus, but I cannot advice you on that
(I have seen people with tents right beside the bridge on the way to Otaniemi,
which is where the campus is...)
