I'm trying to setup a gpfs cluster on nbd (with my own nbd-server). Now gpfs complains that nbd0 cannot be found in /proc/partitions. Any way how to fix this?
So it's expecting a partitionable nbd device. I am not sure in general they are partitionable. Is your nbd device partitioned? What does sfdisk -l /dev/nbd show? What does cat /proc/partitions show? -- Alex Bligh
