Hi,

Typical amd64 experimental system.  From today's upgrade:

| Unpacking libapt-inst1.2 (from .../libapt-inst1.2_0.8.15~exp1_amd64.deb) ...
| dpkg: error processing //var/cache/apt/archives/libapt-inst1.2_0.8.15~exp1_amd64.deb (--install):
|  trying to overwrite '/usr/share/locale/vi/LC_MESSAGES/libapt-inst1.2.mo', which is also in package apt 0.8.14.1
| dpkg-deb: error: subprocess paste was killed by signal (Broken pipe)

Based on the changelog entry

   * debian/control:
     - add libapt-pkg4.10 and libapt-inst1.2 library packages

I am guessing there is a missing Breaks+Replaces.
