I guess this bug is/was fixed by the manpage apt-secure
which sole content is a description of the gpg facility used,
a list of problems this should fix/avoid and how someone
could even increase the security-level by using e.g. debsign.
I therefore close the bugreport now, but please feel free to
reopen it if you disagree!
