Small suggestion for 'apt-get upgrade'

When running 'apt-get upgrade', it normally get the number of packages
which would be upgraded, and give me the option to say yes or no.  As
far as I know, there is no way to get it to list which packages would
be upgraded.  I would really like an extra option, say l or ?, to list
the packages which would be upgraded.

I tried to visit <http://bugs.debian.org/apt> as described in the
manual page for apt-get, but was unable to connect to the site.  I
hope it is OK to send this request to this email address instead. :-)
