Not a Thunar or even an Xfce bug. I'm not sure where you got that
theme (Debian doesn't seem to have it packaged) but most likely it
wasn't updated for GTK3. You need to contact the theme developers and
notify them about the problems you have using it in GTK3. Could this

In any case, there's nothing to be done in Thunar or Xfce. We moved to
GTK3 years ago, so you can't expect GTK2 themes to work flawlessly.
Theme creators are expected to update and maintain their themes.
