Bug#640128: mesa: low performance

Dear Maintainer,

I just installed the system and updated.

60 fps is not fixed.
The monitor is not fully recognized at 60hz, it stays at 59.97

Solution would be better driver, for better support for everything, 4k60fps etc
Improve PC hardware recognition

My pc is a Lenovo Ideapad 330-15IGM 81FN
Intel UHD Geminilake 600 i915
Intel Celeron N4000 (2) 1.10 GHz max. 2.60 Hz
4gb Ram
HD500GB
