Bug#659816: libxdmcp: libXdmcp Segmentation fault with php5

When running a php5-cli script, it finishes normally, but after the end, I get a random "Segmentation fault" sign (on some runs it happens, on some - it doesnt).
The /var/log/user.log gets those lines:
