Currently the salsa ci rules test the build against reprotest, and it fails. The log mentions that the issue might be due to the use of __DATE__ but that gets set by the SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH [1] (using the time and date from the last debian/changelog entry).

diffoscope shows the presence of the build paths in the generated binaries, I'm not sure how to avoid that.

If you know how to fix this, or you are interested in fixing this, please go ahead and make flatbuffers reproducible, otherwise, please disable the reprotest in the salsa ci pipeline.
