They are certainly worth fixing, though they are maybe not worth fixing
as Debian patches. They should all be forwarded upstream IMHO.
We probably should also have a look at the other patches and see if they
need forwarding or are Debian specific.

I would only add those when there is a user request (bug report) for them.
