The BlueZ project is developing the Linux Bluetooth stack and associated
tools and utilities.  The BlueZ kernel modules are likely to be in
kernel 2.4.19.

The utilities in this package allow basic operation of Bluetooth devices
attached to a Linux system.

Prototype packages are available at http://bluez.sf.net/download/debian

I'm not a Debian developer yet, but have found a sponsor for these
packages.
