Bug#92485: Status of libmpeg3?

Yes, I guess there should be no problem if CSS is removed...


Do you intend to work on libmpeg3 any further and to eventually upload
it to the archive?

Depending on your answer I might retract my ITP of apron (or RFP it or
whatever).

apron comes with a copy of libmpeg3 in the upstream tarball, but
I'd like to use your libmpeg3/libmpeg3-dev Debian package (i.e. link
against it) if possible.
If it's not going to get into the archive, I might try to use the
version in the apron tarball, but that'll cause trouble if (at some
point) a libmpeg3 package enters the archive...

The cleanest solution would be to upload your libmpeg3 package.

Any chance of that happening?
