Actually, after reviewing the situation, I think I'll just close this
bug. The ia32-libs package is not being removed or phased out, that's a
misinterpretation of that particular email. What it's really saying is
that ia32-libs-tools will no longer attempt to replace ia32-libs. This
is done specifically to permit a *revival* of ia32-libs (by popular
demand), not a removal of it. I hear this resurrection is being worked
on by Mark Hymers.

Should be possible to build new Wine packages for amd64 once he's done
with the new ia32-libs packages...
