Interesting. I can't say I'm convinced by the systemd.link manpage that
this is the correct configuration but let's assume the iwd peeps know
what they're doing. I set this up since it's so simple. For the record,
the type for this interface is wwan. I'll try a few reboots at some
quiet time.
