Anyway to run it as two sessions? ie. both simultaneously.

You can get the tarball from the Mozilla site. I move it to /usr/local/lib and untar it from there. Note that since Iceweasel pretends to be firefox, you need to explicitly use the firefox executable from the tarball, or you will still get Iceweasel.

I use the following method:

1. Download and untar the tarball from Mozilla site, as above
2. Put a soft link in ~/bin named firefox and link to the directory created in step 1.
3. Call the program with ~/bin/firefox/firefox

I find that from LXDE's Application Launchbar I need to use the fully qualified path to the executable, even though ~/bin is in my path. You may, or may not have to do this.
