These are all part of cupsys-client:
:~$ dpkg -S lpinfo
cupsys-client: /usr/share/man/man8/lpinfo.8.gz
cupsys-client: /usr/sbin/lpinfo
cupsys: /usr/share/cups/doc-root/help/man-lpinfo.html
Make sure you have it installed and you may need to run it as root
(sudo)
