I just installed the new sysklogd (1.2-13), and when I rebooted, xconsole no longer worked. After some investigation I realized that syslogd was not running. It dies on startup with a failed attempt to find a file named (I think) libc.cat in a variety of directories including /usr/lib/locale/C. Am I missing a package? Thanks -- Rob
