Danke, so etwas habe ich gesucht :-)

Hätte ich gewusst wie einfach das zu handhaben ist, hätte ich mir nicht 
extra eine  externe USB3 HDD besorgt und ca 11 Std in das das Backup 
mittels #dd investiert.

PS: ntfsfix ist mir dabei auch noch aufgefallen, kleiner nützlicher Helfer.
