L'aptitude install locales:

si torno a generar locales amb locale-gen:

Si aleshores miro la codificació de caracters a la finestra de terminal, em diu Current Locale (ANSIX3.4-1968) i a sota em presenta Unicode (UFT-8), amb cap de les dos el teclat em funciona bé, encara que amb Unicode recupero els accents, peró la fletxa amunt segueix activant la captura de pantalla.
Si ara intento carregar cap programa com per exemple el mmg, em diu:

o sigui que hi ha quelcom obstinat a fer-me la punyeta i no se que es.
I si reinicio l'ordinador, es tornar a començar de nou.
