My plan was to split the *jit* binaries into a new package to make 
texlive-binaries non-sse2 capable. I made already two attempts to do 
that, but until now I found no sponsor, who was willing to push the 
package to the NEW queue. I'm aware of the issue, but pushing TL 2023 
had a higher priority until now. I'll try again soon.
