Bug#977147: texlive-base: "texdoc asymptote" pulls up an ancient version of the documentation

It used to work.  I had always run "texdoc asymptote" and got the
current documentation, at least until asymptote 2.44.  I'm not sure when
the problem showed up, however, as I'd pinned asymptote to that version
until a week ago (due to a backwards-incompatible change in asymptote's
behavior that would have messed up my next textbook's figures).
