Bug#947064: texlive-fonts-extra: fourier-orns.sty broken, docs using the Fourier font no longer compile

Hmm... Here is a *strange* thing:

~> locate FourierOrns-Regular.otf

So FourierOrns-Regular.otf is supposed to be in texlive-fonts-extra, this 
package is installed on my computer but does not contain this OTF. What 
could have happened?

Alas:
