Bug#877862: Proposal: Split texlive-full to texlive-full-utils and texlive-full-docs

This would only make sense if we also downgrade recommends to suggests,
which, as I wrote, don't want to do. 

But still it might be a good idea to do something in this line for
texlive-full.

PS: patches are nice but not helpful, as all the packaging including control
files are generated from other sources, so no need to send patches as it only
creates work for you and doesn't help me.

Of course, patches against the packaging scripts are greatly welcome!
