regarding texlive-latex-base: a4wide doesn't work w/o a4.sty which is in texlive-latex-recommended

Bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

results in the error
(/usr/share/texmf-texlive/tex/latex/ltxmisc/a4wide.sty

Investigation shows that the file a4.sty is in
texlive-latex-recommended.
Please either move about a4wide and a4 so that they belong together,
or introduce appropriate dependencies into the packages.
