Do you have a reference for that?

With long dependency chains it is not always clear which package is at
fault. For most of the affected packages the tail of the chain goes
like:

docbook-utils -> jadetex -> texlive-htmlxml -> tex4ht -!> texlive-htmlxml

I think that it is not obvious which package is at fault here. So when I
reported the bug, I did the only obvious thing: File the bug for the
upload that made things break.

Of course, this may not be the package that ends up fixing the bug.
That's why we can reassign bugs. Doing so for you.

To get an idea of how annoying this bug is, install devscripts in a sid
environment and run "build-rdeps tex4ht". You'll see that 100+ source
packages can no longer be built from source. I wouldn't be surprised if
it blocks a transition.

A timely solution for installing docbook-utils in sid would be
appreciated.

Helmut
