Regarding the issue: debian/rules reads:

+ rm -f $(instbase)/usr/share/doc/context-modules/rst/COPYING
But the file is neither below "doc", nor "tex", but has it's own subdir
in .orig.tar.gz called metapost.
Norbert, could you fix this?
