Hm, the manpage is not in tl-formats-extra. texlive-tlpdb, however,
says:

Why isn't the manpage installed? "amstex" doesn't appear in
tpm2deb.cfg.
BTW, amstex is the only one from tl-formats-extra and tl-math-extra that
has this duplication
