Bug#455364: texlive: Definition caption is not localized for Russian

Most of the environment captions (\tableofcontents, \thebibliography,
\theorem etc) are correctly localized for Russian by means of babel
package. Definition caption is not localized though.
Localized caption should be
\cyr\CYRO\cyrp\cyrr\cyre\cyrd\cyre\cyrl\cyre\cyrn\cyri\cyre
Please consider adding this localization.
