Bug#370660: tetex-doc: apache Alias should be adapted to the new layout of the doc

tetex-doc installs /etc/apache2/sites-available/tetex-doc
However, URLs given in comments do not work anymore, ie:
# http://localhost/texmf/doc/texdoc.php or
# http://localhost/doc/texmf/texdoc.php 
This is due to the move of texdoc.php to
/usr/share/doc/tetex-doc/texdoc.php

And I am not sure that the defined Alias is still correct now that we
can have tetex and texlive. The current Alias is:
Alias /texmf /usr/share/texmf
Perhaps, we have to add/replace with:
Alias /texmf-tetex /usr/share/texmf-tetex
