remarks on tex-common and dh_installtexfonts

Hi friends!

Some short remarks: There are some problems with
tex-common/dh_installtexfonts I have fixed in mz local svn but I have
ATM no connection with my laptop (I am on a conference).

. /usr/share/debhelper/autoscripts/postrm-texfonts
  is not installed, in the rules the postinst-texfonts is written two
  times, typing error

. multiple invocations of dh_installtexfonts do *not* work as the list
  file is overwritten with every invocation.

I have a fix for all of this and will submit it to the svn on saturday
(or earlier if connection allows).
