Just exchanging AFMFONTS for T1INPUTS in the previous example doesn't
help. Also not after copying the file to
/usr/local/share/texmf/fonts/afm/urw¹, and also not with various lenghts
in the path, from
AFMFONTS=/usr/local/share/texmf/ ps2pk -v bp5ri8a
to
AFMFONTS=/usr/local/share/texmf/fonts/afm/ ps2pk -v bp5ri8a
Any ideas?
Thank you, Frank
¹I'm not sure whether that's the correct manufacturer, but it doesn't
matter in this context
