Bug#227301: Package count1to conflict with package hyperref

Version: 2.0.2-5.1


As long as hyperref is not used, count1to works fine. But if hyperref is
loaded, too, then I can run first latex-command and bibtex-command. But
the second latex-command hangs like this:
