Bug#206568: tetex-doc: Documentation for amscd.sty is missing

Just for the record:

amsmath.sty is included in tetex-extra, and the documentation source
amscd.dtx is in tetex-src, but there's no amscd.dvi (or pdf) in
tetex-doc. It should.

If you want a patch, bother me. But not today, not this week - this is
kind of a reminder.
