The file /usr/share/texmf/tex/generic/config/language.dat
contains languages to be loaded. As you can see, most languages are
commented out with a `%'.

I'd like to see a note saying one should edit that file in order to load
hyphenation patterns for another languages. And the need to run
fmtutil --all afterwards.
