Christoph should contact debian-admin to add you to the tetexcvs group
on klecker (cvs.debian.org).

In the meantime, anyone can check out the tree read-only using the
USERID "anonymous" and a blank password.

Generally, also set CVS_RSH=ssh and then everything will be done over
ssh.
