CVS working now

The tetex-{bin,base} repositories on cvs.debian.org are now up and
running. I suggest that we use them from now on, and merge any
changes we want to into the current version. The versions present are
the current unstable (sid) ones.

To download a read-writeable version:

  cvs -d :ext:USERID@cvs.debian.org:/cvs/tetex co tetex-bin

(or tetex-base as appropriate).

To revive the symlinks, run debuild clean (or fakeroot debian/rules clean)
The debian/restore-symlinks scripts will need keeping up-to-date with
new upstream releases.

The version tags are of the form upstream_version_1_0_7_20011202 and
debian_version_1_0_7_20011202-3_1. cvs-buildpackage can handle this
correctly from version 3.40 onwards (only recently uploaded).

Any questions, please ask!

   Julian
