Seems reasonable to have the CVS repository on klecker with the other
Debian CVS repositories.  We'd have to ask the admins to set it up,
then those with write permission could modify it.  I can help with
some of the CVS side, having done bits with the debian-policy CVS.
I'm also willing to help do some fixes when I have bits of time, but I
don't have the bandwidth to do uploads.
