It should suffice to add the following two lines to you
/etc/texmf/dvips/config.ps:
p +psfonts.cmz
p +psfonts.amz

I guess you could add similar map lines into your pdftex.map to
use the bluesky fonts in your pdf files too.

Xdvi doesn't really care about this. It still generates it's PK
files for on-screen display but that's OK for me, as long as
dvips uses type1 fonts in the ps files.
