I browse the above URL and also documents in 
/usr/share/doc/texmf/context/base/

It is a set of TeX macros perhaps but it seems to be much 
different from LaTeX and its main feature might be 
'Interactive mode in electric documents'.

It will be a bit different from what I am interested in
but thanks for your information.
