As per object trying to watch videos on any site that publishes videos (youtube, twitch, etc., etc.) the same hangs and is not displayed. I tried with both Firefox and Chromium but the result is the same. Firefox 102.3.0esr (64-bit) Chromium 106.0.5249.119 (Official Build)
I have the feeling you tried to submit a generic bug against Debian, however upgrade-reports is not the right pseudo-package to do that. Also, generic bugs tend to not work well. You (we) should try to find out a reasonable candidate of a buggy package and reassign this bug there, as having it as an upgrade-reports bug isn't going to have any result.
