IIRC from a few months ago, sendmail in testing was built against a
version of glibc with broken shlibdeps, so its package dependencies
don't reflect its binary dependencies (hence why it made it into
testing, which only checks package dependencies). There's nothing for it
now but to wait for glibc to become unstuck, really.
