proftpd and TLS

Hi.
Proftpd segfaults if I don't have proper TLS files.
Is it an idea to either make proftpd generate some default dummy keys and
certificates, or make two packages, proftpd and proftpd-tls?

Practically, I haven't figured out openssl myself yet, but running the command
'openssl req -new .......' stated in README.TLS.gz of proftpd-doc, doesn't
give me all the files I need, only the rsa signature and key. But I assume it
isn't recommended to run with phoney keys?

If you know the proper commands for generating all the necessary information,
I would like to know.
