I'll prepare a formal agenda, but the subjects I want to talk about are:
- Steps towards opening registration ?
- Finances / How much should we ask the attendees if at all?
- Spreading the roles; who can give a hand? (Sponsor reachout, attendees
documentation, talks schedule, etc.
